How we built a donation-focused website for a foundation
A WordPress platform that turned one-time donors into repeat supporters — with instant receipts, automated payment confirmations, and a fully bilingual experience.
Nareshbhai Foundation needed more than a brochure website — they needed a platform that could handle real donations, build donor trust, and run with minimal manual follow-up from their team. Our focus was to remove every friction point between "I want to donate" and "I feel confident I did."
We built the site on WordPress with a Razorpay payment gateway at its core, so donors could contribute securely in just a few clicks. Every donation triggers an automated flow — an instant email and SMS confirmation, followed by a PDF receipt sent to both channels — so donors have proof of their contribution without ever having to ask the foundation for it.
To keep the site feeling alive and current, we connected it directly to the foundation's Instagram — every new post reflects on the website automatically, so visitors always see the organization's latest ground work without the team updating anything manually. We also added multi-language support so the foundation could reach both English and regional-language donors, and a custom animated logo loader for a polished first impression.
Before this website, donating to Nareshbhai Foundation meant being physically present or relying on informal channels — which limited support to donors within reach of the foundation's local network. With the new platform live, anyone in the country can now donate in a few clicks from anywhere, opening the foundation up to a much wider base of supporters instead of just its immediate community.
A proper online presence also changed how donors perceive the foundation itself. A polished, secure payment flow — backed by instant confirmations and an official PDF receipt for every transaction — gives donors the same confidence they'd expect from any established organization, which matters a lot when someone is deciding whether to trust a cause with their money. That trust shows up in willingness to give more, and to give again.
The automated receipt system also removed a quiet source of doubt: donors no longer have to wonder if their contribution was recorded, or chase the foundation for proof of donation at tax time. It arrives on its own, by email and SMS, the moment the payment clears.
